Having recently acquired the iconic bank building located in downtown Barron, WI our goal is to provide a lively location that offers our community a place of togetherness, enrichment, and diversity.
We feel this iconic building and it's one of a kind location and amenities, gives us a creative opportunity to reach that goal.

Things to Consider SUITES
The building overall will have some demo, and some light construction to complete. Because of that, we have the unique opportunity to update rooms in accordance with the lease holders potential needs.
It also means that if additional space is needed for a specific lease holder, we will have the ability to manage walls to accomodate for a larger suite if required.
*Additionally.... When looking at these suite rooms, we do have a full finished basement below. Which would serve as an excellent "production space" if you were looking to take you at home business and transfer it to a brick and mortar location.

The "Crown Jewel" of our building truly is this lovely lobby area. Originally used to serve Barron's banking customers, this space is well designed for traffic flow, and would be able to handle a number of seating options.
With an attached drive through, this location would make an ideal food service location. Offering customers a place to sit, and relax, while also providing the option to peruse the attached retail suites.
Given this space's ideal layout as a food service location, we are actively making accommodations to the building to accomodate for required needs.
